Hot Means Hot aka Hot Smoked Beef Jerky
Don’t say you weren’t warned. It has six different types of chilli which we have dialled up to 100. It’ll sneak up on you too. Be careful! Have a cup of milk, an ice cream, a bag of ice, 1000 beers or all of the above on standby. You’re going to need it. Then take a shower because your head will be sweating and your nose running. Pure Bliss aka Medium Smoked Beef Jerky
It’s the one you want while having a few beers around a bbq on a spring afternoon while enjoying a cool breeze from the south. It won’t drop your pants but you know it’s there. Savour the upfront sweetness followed by a good hit of beefiness and then a little heat at the back end that builds the longer you leave it. This is the one you want your mates to try because it’s too good not to share. Or don’t. Instead, take a pic of the packet and send it to the group chat.

Our mild jerky has a spice content of zero, nothing, a duck, a globe, a donut or whatever word you use to describe the figure that comes before one. It is our most session-able jerky to date. By the time you have read this, you would have more than likely emptied the bag… finished it on the drive home, before kick-off, over your first beer, or for morning tea… whatever floats your boat. Should’ve bought two packets. Your mum’s going to love it!
